Long before the covid period, Pénélope and Sébastien, then both business managers in Normandy (one in catering, the other in real estate) are thirsty for nature, encounters and new shares. 

It is in 2020 that the discovery of Périgord associated with an immediate crush on the Domaine de Peyrat will allow them to concretize their wish to change their life and horizons.

The project is then built little by little around this family house thought of as a charming hotel where the quality of the services is equaled only by the sharing of authentic experiences and where each guest must feel at home.
